- Eligibility for Returns:
Products can be returned within 07 business days of delivery.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and include all packaging and tags. - Non-Returnable Items:
Customized or personalized products.
Products damaged due to improper use or handling. - Process for Returns:
To initiate a return, email sales@deffender.co.in with your order number and the reason for the return.
After approval, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us. The cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged. - Refunds:
Refunds will be processed after we inspect and approve the returned item.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 07 business days of return approval. - Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. Contact sales@deffender.co.in to start the exchange process. - Cancellations:
You can cancel orders before they are shipped. To request a cancellation, email us at sales@deffender.co.in as soon as possible.
